reusable canvas bags are filthy. few think to wash them.

shopping carts, according to an asu study, 80% of them have fecal material on them,

mostly from infants sitting on the carts, or unsanitary habits of adults.

Here in DC, when the government made us pay a nickel for the bag for our go-boxes, suddenly nobody really needed those bags after all.

Wow, that's pretty historic, a tax that led to more of something! Well, at least the law of unintended consequences still holds.
