There actually used to be one on an IRC network. It didn't get much traffic. It may still exist, but I haven't checked it in years.

Remember the old FR yahoo chat room that was capable of FReepers talking back and forth if you had a microphone, playing music AND THE FLIRTING!!!! Those were the days!
