I upgraded (I hope) from the original Droid to the HTC Thunderbolt. I’d be interested in how this phone stacks up with the Iphone4S

The thing is, I don’t think the buying public selects a smartphone based on specs .
I think it’s more about a) overall experience on the “smart” side, and b) phone performance on the “phone” side (OK, talk time and antenna efficiency specs counts here).
In this regards, Google has to improve the whole app experience on their “smart” side, and the range of manufacturers will come up with the best phone on the “phone” side.
Sometimes Android fans forget about that, and get lost in “spec city”.
I’m doing iPhone programming, and looking on how to get the same program up on Android right now. iPhone just seems to have a much better app development system / delivery mechanism / app speed, etc. If Google works on that, they’ll begin to make up ground.
Awesome. Thanks! I need to upgrade my phone. This is very helpful.
