nation of Sissies.....
Well, THAT trick outa’ get them in the theaters.
Ah, yes the fountain of blood scene from the book. Not my words, the exact words of that hack of an author.
I’ve only seen the first one when it came on TV.
Overdramatic teen drama with a lot of pointless dialogue. Its OK I guess but not really for me.
Saw the film and that specific birth scene did not show any graphic details, but for the baby who was being held in their arms which would be like any child after he or she is born born and not yet cleansed. A beautiful child.
The mother had chosen to have the child and not abort, no matter if her life was at stake, as the child was developing faster and at the same time larger than usual. It had a pro life message.
Perhaps the sipping blood through a straw caused the reaction of the person in the story--after all we are talking vampires etc here.
The loss of weight by the mother near the end was really realistic [special effects] in regard to more the skeletal arms effect.
It's a general audience movie where pro-life issues were discussed but of course no one is going to write about that. Also they chose to refrain from having sex til after the marriage. But no one chose to write about that. ;)
Where are the statistics of how people get sick watching your average Obama speech?
Well, the lawsuits will cut into that $142 million opening weekend.
The gayness of the movie would have done me in.
so is this Twilight an remake of Beauty and the Beast ?
Sadly, some dirt bag class action lawyer will soon be running ads on FNC asking "have you recently suffered a seizure after watching "Twilight" if so call the law offices of "_____" you are a victim, and you deserve justice!"
Fine print will read Greedy lawyer will get 99% of the money received, you'll get a coupon to Walmart!
Other reports say drunks have displayed jerky, chicken like behavior, causing several to break their front teeth out on beer bottles.
I refuse to watch it.
I have never had a seizure (thank God), but watching certain kinds of scenes in movies or video games makes me very ill. Headache, nausea, and a very odd feeling in my head that is almost like a pressure band... like the normally soft brain tissue has hardened up like wax... really hard to explain, but very real and unpleasant. The quidditch scenes in the Harry Potter movies did that to me. I completely understand how movie scenes could cause a seizure.
Hell, I’d fake a seizure just to get out of the damn theater.
What is ‘twilight’? At college I see a lot of girls with twilight t-shirts, but I have no clue what it is.
