Will the Georgia State Bar condone an attorney “boycotting” a hearing for his client?

Removing zero from the november ballot would be a tasty reward for zero team indifference.

Will the Georgia State Bar condone an attorney “boycotting” a hearing for his client?

Maybe one of the attorneys in here can enlighten us on whether there's some sort of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure that allows a party and/or his attorney to avoid a hearing when personally ordered to do so. I don't recall ever having read such a rule.
