I have to assume a lot of facts (haven’t read any of the pleadings), but if the people seeking to keep him off the ballot prevail in the administrative process, he may have to file a lawsuit to get on the ballot. Then, Katy bar the door. The burden’s on him to prove he’s eligible to run for President.

I am hopeful Judge Malihi appreciates his position in history and will act accordingly- ascertain the facts, apply them to GA. law and act accordingly. Geez that doesn’t seem so difficult.

Hmm... if Obama were taken off the Georgia ballot and then filed a lawsuit to appear on the ballot, he would presumably have to demonstrate that he had legal standing to file such a suit. Sweet...
