The only time we ever visited a Sonic, my wife wanted to burn the place down after our experience. When we got back to the motel, we found they got the order wrong. My wife, who is not slow to report wrong orders, called and asked for an explanation and an apology. They refused. Nothing upsets my wife more than a fast food restaurant screwing up the order and then refusing to apologize for it. So everytime we pass a Sonic, I have to speed up so my wife’s temper doesn’t expode. Actually, the food was pretty decent for a fast food place. But I don’t think we’ll be visiting another one in the foreseeable future. And if you ever see a very small person sprinkling liquid out of what looks like a gasoline container around a Sonic, it might be my wife.
