Why Mitt Is Desperate to Force Newt Out

First, he called Adelson to convince him to stop adding financial support of Gingrich via his SuperPAC. When that didn’t work, he piled on some more of his own money, and those who fund the SuperPacs advocating on his behalf or at least slamming his competitors. When that didn’t work, some shills in the press dropped the conspicuous rumor that Newt’s “…hold a press conference after the Nevada Caucus on Saturday, raising new speculation about his future in the race,” implying he would get out Saturday evening. This was solely to try to undermine the vote in Nevada in Romney’s favor by creating the impression among Caucus-goers that Gingrich would be out of the race by night-fall anyway. You might wonder why Romney who is the putative front-runner, and his army of establishment hacks, would go through all this trouble if he’s got this “all sewn up,” as the “inevitable” meme pretends. The answer is as simple as this: It isn’t over, and Mitt knows it, because he can read a calendar.

If Newt can hang tough I think he will get traction again on Super Tuesday.

(Do) we want to rely upon a candidate who can only seem to win where he either has a distinct home-field advantage, such as in New Hampshire and Nevada, or a gigantic financial advantage such as in Iowa and Florida.

(and he lost in Iowa). Only the establishment republicans and the democrats would want such a thing.

Newt understands how DC has corrupted and bankrupted this Nation. He is motivated to renew his previous successful vision; armed with knowledge, experience, principles and fidelity to the Constitution.

Romney has nothing!

Super Tuesday is where Mitt looses, it is near the end for him and he knows it. No way can he sell the heartland voters on his brand of politics. P.S., this is the Bible Belt.

there’s no way he can outspend Gingrich 4-5:1 all the way to the super Tuesday elections. Money is all he’s got and he needs this to end before he doesn’t have any more of that. Tough luck Mittens.

Yes, money is all he has left, no substance except lies and lies of his fathers.

Add it up, if Mitt spends approx. $20 Million in all the 46 states left, why that man would be a pauper.

Those damn RICH REPUBLICANS. lol

Fooled? hardly. He is now getting into the BIBLE THUMPING, GUN TOTING, NASCAR fans, and the Don't mess with Texas crowd.

We don't hanker much to Lying, Narcissistic, holier than thou moromISM elite, north easterner, in our part of the woods.

To prove my point of MITT in panic mode. Just take a count of ALL the Threads up just today, about Mitt being the only one, conservatives flocking to him, etc, etc.,etc.

The GOPe certainly spewed out the garbage for todays headlines, and the news journalists BIT. WE will prove them wrong.

Mitt is out of steam, nothing left but FEAR and depress the voters. His safety net of mormonITIS is no longer there, no more FREE STATES.

Anyone have a good CROW PIE recipe?? "And isn't that a dainty dish to sit before the GOPeeeee's?"
