The malinois are cool, mostly. Nothing wrong with them. What happened here is something that will have to be worked out, that team won’t be working anytime soon. Dog may be ill, someone may have been messing with the car and the door and upset it, any number of things.
Just a thougt: bringing a locked-up dog into a rage and then remotely popping the door is something one might expect certain activists to do.
Most bad guys avoid police dogs like the plague. The reason is they know the dog won’t cease attack until it is called off by the trainer.
A cop told me a story of an annual concert that catered to Hispanics in our area. Each year when the concert ended, the crowd would not leave because they wanted to continue to drink and party. The police used to have to send out 15 to 20 officers to break up the crowd. Now they send a single K-9 unit and poof the rowdies run for their cars.
