PPACA Waivers and the Roberts Decision (taxes, rationing, favoritism...Skynet activates on 1-1-14)

The Obama administration granted more than 1600 waivers over compliance with parts of the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act. The Supreme Court ruling that the individual mandate is a tax will not affect the waivers, as they dealt with what kind of insurance people have, not whether they have it. The ruling, and the waivers, point us directly to the disaster that awaits the country unless the PPACA is fully repealed.

(snip)

What happens on January 1, 2014? That's when the state-based exchanges are supposed to be up and running, allowing federally subsidized insurance to supplant the policies getting waivers. In 2014, the PPACA will kick people off private, non-compliant plans and throw them onto subsidized exchange plans, or onto Medicaid.

(snip)

Once Obamacare is implemented, it will become entrenched, permanent, and pervasive. If the law is not repealed, every subsequent election also will be about health care: how much to raise taxes, how much to ration, and which groups get what.

Stop your state from setting up an ObamaCare exchange.

Get your state to opt out of the ObamaCare Medicaid expansion.

Elect 4 additional pro-repeal Senators, which would give us a pro-repeal majority.

Retain and if possible enlarge the existing House majority, which is committed to full repeal.

Elect a president who will sign the full repeal bill.

Write your congresscritters. Tell them how angry you are. Tell them that your local Tea Party is implementing plans to have them defeated in the next election over this. They are to be put out to pasture. Tell them that there are plans afoot, being outlined that will school American citizens how to get this done and the donations to your local Tea Party have exploded. Tell them that they have been in office too long and that you feel it is your patriotic duty to bring in new meat and that the new meat will have THEIR feet held to the fire or they, too, will be replaced. We’re NOT kidding.

If it was so good, the Congress vermin would be in it. Of course this ‘pass it to learn what’s in it’ fascism is just for the little people, not the Nazi Pelosi crowd.
