Kelly drove it home. Couldn’t open a million dollar ball field because the bathroom mirrors were a quarter inch too high. fugginUnbelievable!
Speeches like that are like an oasis in the desert, but what Congress really needs is what the British Parliament has -PMQ - Prime Minister Questions.
Kelly’s speech will not be aired by the alphabet media. But if majority and minority leaders in the House and Senate had a verbal fisticuff like the Brits’ PMQ the media would be forced to air it for entertainment and ratings alone.
The voters would actually get to see opposing viewpoints instead of lazy boilerplate rhetoric.
Mark Levin wants to shake up and transform Congress. I sent this idea to him and hope it gets some traction.
PA Freeper ping here! God Bless Representative Kelly!
I just received this freepmail, so I’m passing it on.
Can anybody confirm that this guy Kelly is just another bag of hot air?:

On six recent votes, Kelly voted for big government every time:
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Economic Development Administration.
He voted against an amendment that would have defunded the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Consortia program, a new corporate welfare program requested by the Obama administration.
He voted to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank.
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Essential Air Service subsidy program.
He voted against an amendment that would have shut down the Department of Energys Title 17 loan guarantee programthe program that gave birth to Solyndra.
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Community Development Block Grant program.
So much for voting to reduce the size and scope of government.
I agree. In an election year, talk is cheap. Walk the talk.
Who paid for that million dollar ball field? Did they use eminenet domaine to get the land? We opened an thirty million dollar ball field in York, PA, half of it was dourtesy of the taxpayers of Pennsylvania, and we fought long and hard to keep local taxpayer money out of it.
Let’s keep all of that in perspective. Maybe this guy is just being a typical politician.
Pardon my spelling errors. I got a bit revved up.
Thanks!
“Maybe this guy is just being a typical politician.”
Don’t really know the guy. Not my congressman.
Sure hope he isn’t our version of James Trafficant - lol.
Beam me up, Scotty!
P.S. Don’t worry about your overwrought spelling errors.
Wow, excellent. Finally someone in Congress that is truly tired of all the rotten regulations that are passed daily.
