I was thinking the same thing.we havent heard the last of this AH and if I were Rachels guardian(s) I would be on the alert and even bring this “apology” to the attention of the local law enforcement people.

I worry for her and others he may harm. He is in deep financial distress, owing almost a million dollars to Wells Fargo. He is following the instructions of a person he does not know on the internet. He admits that he “loses it” from time to time and refers to innocent people as “collateral damage”. He just got fired from his job. What more do the police need to profile this guy and protect the public?
