He produced 2 downgrades of our nation's credit rating.

if he is up to 0100 and gets up for a morning workout, it sounds as if he is sleep deprived which can cause poor decision making.

given his record it looks like he hasn’t slept for 4 years.

OTOH given his attitude it looks like he hasn’t been awake for 4 years.
