A stunning moment just happened on Fox News...
Shepard Smith was in the midst of narrating one of his famous car chases.
However it appeared to end in tragedy, as the suspect ran out of his car and shot himself in the head on the middle of a field.
After a quick break, the network cut back to Shep Smith, who was stunned and apologized for not cutting away sooner.
He explained that there was a problem with the delay.
"We really messed up." *snip*

There was nothing to get so upset about. Shep went off for no reason. The perp was barely falling forward when they cut away and it was from quite a distance.
I saw the Bud Dwyer suicide live. That was graphic. This was not. Most people watching probably didn’t know what happened. It was Shep who dramatized it.
That said...carjack a Caliber? Really? The perp was lucky the car made it as far as it did. He probably shot himself when he realized his stupidity.
You got it all correct. The guy was really disoriented when he got out of the car. He had no idea what he was going to do - looking this way and that way and when he started running he was very clumsy and just fell down for no reason. He seemed to be able to drive the car well at those high speeds he was going. When he stopped the car and got out maybe he realized what he was about to do.
Dare I ask? How do you know how he tastes?

Along the line of ‘USA Burns While OBOZO Fiddles’, this is just a warm up to another return to the ‘good old days’ of early Rome when dissidents to the throne of BO will be placed in stadia whilst the pit bulls are sicced on ‘em, naturally, on live TV for the enjoyment of all.

Anyway the perp was sitting on a bridge, put a shotgun under his chin and pulled the trigger.
The top of his head lifted off. That was live. Of course all subsequent showings cut that off.

He wants drama, that’s why he covers these car chases and he got it in spades.

I watched it, I knew he shot himself but not sure where. Shep kept yelling cut it, heck when he was yelling the video had been stopped we were watching Shep.
Good grief, the horrific events in the middle East is far worse.
Remember when shep had to apologize for saying something about Jennifer Lopez and blow job?
Remember the body-armored bandits who had the big shootout with L.A. police some years back? One of the bandits ended up shooting himself in the head which was aired countless times on crime shows. Nobody got too upset about it.
