If this is the same place I’m thinking of, it’s near Golden Colorado. I remember driving by there regularly back in the 90’s thinking what a feel-good government funded boondoggle it was.

My dear girl that is called "fomenting a riot" at best "terrorist threats and solicitation of murder" if the Federal Prosecutor is feeling a bit miffed that day. And yes I said federal. It went across state lines.
