Yep. It’s a money making or celebrity making effort on her part.
If I hired a maid they would have an address to identify me. I highly doubt they would need a physical description of the owner to find the location. Of course, If I were going to be found in a crowd I would tell them I was the fat, ugly, tall guy.
If person A knows that person B needed to find me in a group and told them I was the fat guy, that would just make sense. That is not an insult. That is a descriptor that makes their job easier.
As I said, they didn't give insults "to her", they were trying to make her easier to locate from one employee to another. Nowhere was that comment directed TO HER.
What if you hired a maid or some other kind of help and they gave insults to you?
This is not a case where someone went out of their way to hurl an insult at another person for no reason. I guess when you drop off the car they should put a number on you, like the contestants in a marathon. That would make you easier to find I guess.

My wife (not fat) has the right attitude in life. She says, if you want to insult her personally, you better tell her that’s what your intention is. Otherwise, she’s not going to give it a second thought.
