Since food suppliers are forbidden from labeling GM foods, there will be no evidence. Duh . . . . I guess you're not aware that just about everything you eat has been genetically modified in some way. Should we be labeling every food as having been genetically modified? Duh, indeed.

Since when are they “forbidden” from labeling GM foods? I know attempts to MANDATE that GM foods be labeled have failed - but I have yet to see anything that forbids said labeling.
