I’ve made beer twice; 2nd time was not as good as the first. Then, I realized I hate waiting and others make it better than me...thus, moved to the craft/micro stuff. Would it be ok w/ the thread initiator if we moved into discussion about favorite microbrews, tours of craft brewers, and tastes, etc.? I could discuss this for hours. I am officially a BEER SNOB, and proud of it. Small business USA, baby!
Small, but hyper-important correction...US-microbeer...I don’t give a rat’s butt about European or any non-US microbeer. We have the best in the US, even if some of the dweebs are headed by nearly commies...yeah, kind of like Ben and Jerry types...you know, Seattle brewers.
You are welcome to discuss any thing you like on this thread. I am sure FReepers would be very interested in having your input and knowledge on microbrews and craft brewers.
