TUPELO, Miss., - A conservative Mississippi website is objecting to a Geico ad for depicting "bestiality" in the form of showing a pig on a date with a woman.
One Million Moms, a website run by conservative Christian group American Family Association, said the Geico ad shows Maxwell the Geico pig parked in a car with a woman and "the girl appears to be turned on by the pig."
"She hints that she wants to make out. She is disappointed when she learns the tow truck is on the way and they won't be able to 'pass the time,'" the website said.
One Million Moms said the commercial is offensive because it "plays with the idea of bestiality."
The website called upon those offended by the ad to "let Geico know their new ad is irresponsible."

In the first ad they showed the pig going whee! whee! all the way home and he seemed at first like a young child. Then he spoke again and sounded more like a hip teenager
When I was just a little kid, my Mother told me her favorite book was “Freddy Goes to Florida”. I later found it in the library and read it. It was indeed a good book.
Hate to admit it but it is a bit creepy.

yes they had a whole bunch of Freddy books in the kids’ room of my library. Wikipedia on Brooks: “The first works Brooks published were poems and short stories. His short story “Ed Signs the Pledge” about a talking horse was the basis for the 1960s television comedy series Mister Ed (credit for creating the characters is given in each episode to “Walter Brooks”). His most enduring works, however, are the 26 books he wrote about Freddy the Pig and his friends. Boucher and McComas, for example, praised Freddy and the Spaceship, saying it “offers wit, sound structural plotting, genuine character-humor, and admirable English prose.””
Geico sucks anyway, so does Warren Buffet.
Strange to me that it took this long for someone to call this weird commercial to account. Can you say ‘breakdown in society’ when something like this appears to be acceptable and/or funny.
I was getting worried about the denouement when I first saw it, but fortunately the pig played hard to get.

This add is just the next variation on the "When pigs fly" airline bit with the black guy playing straight man.
I'm a gekko fan but the pig has been a pretty successful (and funny) addition.
I thought it was creepy when the donkey fell in love with the dragon in the troll disney movie or vice versa. It is un-natural, natural being as God created because He is revealed through nature to pagans not having the Word and are judged accordingly. Just more subliminal abominations. If we do not warn pagans about immorality we are giving our ok in the eyes of God.
What else is not ok?
These folks have a problem separating TV from reality.
Actually, these people need to go after Geico for the pig being a bad role model. Remember, it's a talking pig who's surfing the web on his smart phone, WHILE DRIVING!!! Danger, danger! No texting, no surfing while driving!

Heh. When I was boy enamored of comic books in the early sixties, they almost always had ads on the back, inside cover for cylindrically-shaped, battery-operated vibrators.
There was usually a drawing of a very attractive woman using the thing to relieve neck stress. The results were claimed to be remarkable. I do remember thinking it an odd shape for massaging the muscle masses of the neck. But, then, those were more innocent days.
I rate the pig ad a 2 out of 10 on the offensivity scale -- but mostly for depicting men as actual pigs. I get beastly mad over that.
