Having been the victim of fraud, I applaud this young woman’s patience and courage. I would’ve beaten the living snot out of the perp.

That’s quite a coincidence considering the population of white females in Lakewood, CO is roughly 65,000.

how did she write bad checks? did she go to a bank and a bank opened a checking account with someone else’s id even though she didn’t look like her?

I kid you not. Last month I posted an ad for someone to write a reference sheet for me. One guy that applied to the job emailed me a reference sheet that I put together for my company a long time ago. He was claiming that he put it together and it was an example of how his work is.

I’m still considering how to respond.

Geez, wouldn’t you think the thief would know she was looking at the woman whose pic is on the DL she is passing around. I was carded a lot when I was in my 20s. They didn’t have picture ID on them.

the woman, whose name has not been released, was arrested on suspicion of theft, identity theft and criminal impersonation. Police also found narcotics in her possession.

Why not release her name?

Hope she got her drink spit in.

Bad angle on the photo of the license, but an attractive young woman with a nice smile. Glad it worked out well for her!
