I will be bottling a Maibock tomorrow that I brewed with US-05 ale yeast. I know, not really Maibock if made with ale yeast.
On Sunday, I will be brewing up a Moose Drool clone.
I also have an Oktoberfest waiting for a temperature controller for a chest freezer so it can begin lagering.
And soon, I will be cracking open an APA I brewed with Galaxy hops.
Sounds like you have been actively brewing! I usually slow down during the winter months except this year I have branched out to make a few Apple Hard Ciders.
