I'm currently enjoying a Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. It's made by a microbrewery in Lexington who gets recently decanted bourbon barrels and stores their ale in them for six weeks. The aroma and flavor combinations are amazing!

I have a Stout that I used oak chips soaked in Maker’s Mark. It is in bottles conditioning right now. A few more weeks and it should be ready! Hate the wait!
