“Are you saying corporations have more rights in America than individuals?”
Corporations do not have more rights than individuals, but they have the same rights as individuals.
I think we can all agree that corporations are protected by the Constitution.
Gotta make it more understandable to the folks who live in the hood!
BARRY’S FCC. Just what we need, more nudity and profanity on the boob tube. The kids will love it! I’m glad I don’t have any kids living in the house anymore.
“Thats rather like saying a child should say no to a molester. We can make those decisions but children cannot. Its up to the TV stations to ensure that the viewers are all adults.”
Poor analogy.
A TV network acts within the law, a child molester breaks the law.
My kids will turn it off.
So you do favor the Federal Government regulation private business as long as you personally disagree with the current business model of the business you want to regulate?
ROFLMAO! I don't believe that for a second.........
bread and circuses..
My remote came with ‘off,’ ‘on’ and ‘channel’ buttons.
No TV.
Netflix and Hulu.
Both of those I can control.
No Cable Bill!
“My remote came with off, on and channel buttons.”
I understand that we now have the technology to turn off the TV or even swith the channel.
Technology is amazing!
...I would rather hear the blue language than the constant bleeps furnished by the cleanup techs.

This lady prefers the beeps, thank you.
BTW, the History Channel is cable and not subject to the FCC rules discussed here. They are not required to do the bleeps.
Being Pro Business is a Conservative position.
Therefore, I do not want the Federal Government to regulate what is broadcast as TV network entertainment or TV network news.
I understand that you may disagree and that is quite alright.
“Non-sexual nudity” and that would include bare bottoms in the process of having bowel movements, or could be penises while urinating, right.
I wasn’t even forced to get DirecTV to begin with. I had to call them to subscribe.
