Just like eating and drinking at The Alchemist [Waterbury, VT] before the flood of Irene, after a long day of skiing I used to get a bite and howler refills from The Shed in Stowe. The restaurant is now closed, but luckily the recipe is still brewed in Middlebury by Otter Creek Brewery... and remains true to the original taste.
