When find Buddy, the first thing they need to,do is change his name.
Perhaps to he same as Steve Martin’s dog in The Jerk.
That dog is not your Buddy.

Reminds me of the two Great Danes in The Patriot. I doubt Buddy is coming home anytime soon unless he wants to be renamed Zeus or Apollo or Benny or Arnie.

I do not believe that they should be worried about the dog. If they let that happen in their house then they are just stupid.

The suspect told the couple that he was looking for a man to kill, but the residents told him that person did not live there,...WTF? I was going to say maybe the owners were what was worst but they seem to be easy enough to get along with. /s

I have 4 dogs, they would leave the house and go with a burglar with a sandwich in his pocket. They are very well fed and get lots of treats but it’s all about the food and a good meatloaf sandwich would come before guarding the house.

A burglar would’nt even know my Jack Russell was in the house unless he accidentally came upon him while searching the house........yes he would be hiding,he’s really into self preservation.

Neither of my dogs would attack anyone. Their job is to let me know when someone is coming in so I can protect my wife and them. they are in charge of alerting I am in charge of defense.
We each have our jobs and we are good at them.

You expect to comment about the dog, which is bad enough. But this is bizarre - people come in and just start conversing with potential killer nutcase and let him walk out the door? Sits in the rocker conversing with them?
What the hell kind of people are these? They couldn’t maybe accost this fool and pin him down?

Blame the Lab in the dog .... my dog would do the same. Doesn't even need to be food...a tennis ball will do.
