We should care about media coverage because it is the lack of coverage that sets an overarching tone. If all people see are women complaining about their “right to choose” and no stories like this or about the reality of what abortion is then the impression is that abortion is no big deal. The same goes with homosexuality which we’ve seen how just letting the msm be the megaphone has helped that issue.

Thankfully the media is evolving in a way which gives centralized networks less sway though the AP still is allowed to dominate the news cycle far beyond where it should. Conservative news sites carry the AP and they should be embarrassed for doing so.

Maybe, maybe not. Most reporting relies so much on emotion that the content of the reporting is virtually irrational. Sound bites do not make an informed populace. The value of the msm is nil.

Tweets is what they have become.
