Since aspartame contains phenylalanine, anyone suffering from PKU has to avoid it. This can be serious, especially for children with PKU, so there is absolutely no way that the FDA is going to allow that this ingredient be used without a clear indication on the label.

You would trust the motives (and integrity) of a government agency after Fast And Furious and Bengahzi?

Let me put it this way, there is no effin' way the FDA is going to allow something containing phenylalanine into a food product without making it clear on the label.

I possess a healthy distrust of government, but anyone believing this story isn't using their brain.
