The European Court of Human Rights has rejected arguments ... and why was the court not convinced?
A) I don't GAF what the European Court of Human Rights is convinced of - or decides.
B) There shouldn't be a "super-max" prison. If some people are that big a threat to society, they shouldn't be breathing oxygen.

I've wondered for a while why we have a 'life in prison' sentence. If they can be rehabilitated put a time limit on it. If they can't what purpose does terminal incarceration serve?
