If you mean a few artists like George Strait, Aaron Watson, Rick Trevino, and the likes, then yes. Country music has been dying since the the mid 90’s for a “crock” format (country/rock).
90% of country music today is pop musicians. Antebellum, Urban, Shelton, Underwood, Lambert, ... all hipster who basically sound exactly alike and wouldn’t know country if they heard it. I mean really, Kid Rock playing at George Jones memorial service? Give me a break.
