La-a (pronounced: Luh-DASH-uh) And, I thought I was the only one that had heard of that name. My sister in law was an inner city school teacher and came across that name/spelling.
She asked me if I knew how to pronounce it.....I couldn't. When she told me, I about it the floor.

Probably an urban legend like s...head and other type names. Snopes was unable to find anybody actually given those names, and the fact that there were so many different variations of the stories and the names had them conclude they were urban legends.
