Perhaps it functions better during CME? I wondered if there was a local effect that made Pons and Fleishman happen...perhaps their experiment was located near a radiation source, a uranium deposit, or magnetic variations in the earth’s magnetic field?At least someone is thinking outside the box(or cylinder in this case).
