Anything truly harsh on your body will result in 2AM screaming or barfing events in the bathroom.

For example, I don't eat habanero peppers anymore. I didn't need a light to see what the problem was.

The cops accepted my explanation, and suggested ice cream. And asked me to stop screaming.

Just listen to your body saying "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!

***** “For example, I don’t eat habanero peppers anymore” ****

I have always thought Habanero tasted like crap anyway ... either Cayenne or Jalapeno would be my preferred pepper (I don’t like Green Pepper (Red Yellow or Orange) either) which is strange cause I love my Cajun / Creole and that is part of the Trinity.
On the Brighter side my BP Meds have an added side effect (besides peeing every hour 24/7) ... a little Lactose Intolerance ... good thing I’m single cause I don’t have a Dog to blame it on.
I had Farts that smelled just like boiled Quail Eggs for a week after my last Ice Cream encounter.

TT

(Good thing I knew where to pick up some boiled Quail eggs)

I use dried red peppers ground up really fine (korean style). They make it hot but its a good hot and a far deeper flavor. Used it on some nice pork ribs this weekend.

I also make a habanero pineapple salsa thats quite good. I don’t use the seeds so its not burning hot but you get the fruity flavor of the peppers.
