I drive a BMW. A 3-series. E-46 to be precise. In my opinion, its the best handling car on the road. And oh so much fun. Haters.
Once upon a time, I started tabulating all the retail stores that were termed “off limits” by FReepers for one crazy reson or another.
Eventually every national outfit was added to the list for one reason or another.
I’m sure I could do the same thing with vehicles, LOL.
I drive an Audi A6. I enjoy all the benefits of a German luxury car w/o the negative connotations mentioned in this article. :-)
Me too and agreed. A few bad apples spoil it for the rest of us who take the machine and the driving seriously.
The problem with Prius drivers is that they drive at or below the speed limit when everyone else is above - that’s just plan dangerous.
I agree. Mine is a 2002 325i that's driven regularly on monthly ralleys in the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains.

As for the haters, I tend to agree that many BMW drivers should be driving Priuses and Volts. Others like myself engage in active driving on roads like the Tail of the Dragon in Deals Gap, NC.

Others are just expressing class envy.
You can always tell who the de-balled men are who have wives that make them drive a mini-van or some econobox by all the hate for the BMW drivers.
