Defund ObamaCare? Not Happening
Canada Free Press ^ | 8/14/2013 | Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh

Posted on 09/14/2013 8:19:21 AM PDT by rktman

While Americans demand vociferously the defunding of ObamaCare in hopes of getting rid of the most destructive and freedom-robbing piece of legislation passed in modern times, Congressmen pretend to make valiant efforts to do so via various proposals that only low information and extremely naïve voters can believe to be true.

Their efforts are akin to a handful of people standing on the tracks of an oncoming speeding train, waving their hands in hopes that the engineer will see them in time and be able to stop thousands of tons of momentum at the last minute. Even Heritage President, Jim DeMint, called for an end to these ‘pretend votes’ and ‘gimmicks’ that have now been postponed until next week, supposedly as the result of concerned Americans’ calls. It is just another way of buying time until the bill comes fully into effect.

The reality is that ObamaCare is here to stay. Fourteen laws have already been signed that “amend, rescind, and otherwise change parts of ObamaCare.” The President has delayed his own law five different times. The law is “unfair, unworkable, and unaffordable.” It will eventually cause loss of current health coverage, reduction of full-time work to part-time work, and will allow faceless bureaucrats to control your health care and the denial of services.

These Congressional weasels fail to understand that we despise them. There are only about five that are on our side out of both houses of Congress.

We have a miserable excuse for a president who is constantly abetted by the weak-kneed pants pissers. What a state of affairs when the only real man can’t be found in the USA, but in Russia!

Let it out OKSooner. You’ll feel a lot better. LOL! Smokers, just say no and when you get caught, tell them you just took up smoking due to the stress being placed on you because you can’t afford your medical premiums under the affordable care act.

Of course it can be done. We just need the right people which are us and new reps to do it.

.
Congressmen have no dog in the fight — they and their families, and a few other privileged groups, are excused from Obamacare. They couldn’t care less about the rest of the population.

ALL CONSERVATIVE NEWS OUTLETS ARE SUDDENLY SPEWING ABOUT OBAMACARE.

They go silent on Syria.

Waiting for the public outrage to die down.

Distract with talk of Obamacare.

Obamacare WILL NOT BE REPEALED BY THE WEASELS IN CONGRESS.

They’ve sat on their hands FOR YEARS about Obamacare.

They are full of cr@p.

But if everyone talks about anything else enough, the public might quiet down about opposing US military involvement there.

Then... one morning...

we’ll wake up to an announcement that missiles have been fired.

They still have to somehow MESS UP Syria’s accounting for their chemical weapons.

Let that be a lesson to ALL world leaders - when the ARMS DEALER comes hawking chemical weapons - threaten to KILL HIM if he does not stay out of your country. Avoid chemical and biological weapons like the plague.

Why ?

THEY ARE A SET UP FOR A FALSE FLAG OP.

They provide the excuse new world order needs to call in the US military to whip your sorry a$$ out of existence.

And maybe even let a bunch of crazed new world order thugs drag your mutilated half-alive body through the streets.

Get rid of all chemical and bio weapons.

Learn about air forces, they are the key on the battlefield.

Another hint: do not fall into the trap of having anything to do with terrorism. Keep up the pressure on terror organizations - find out who their leaders are and call them out for what they are publicly. The more information that comes out publicly about specifics of who is funding and leading, the better.

Terrorism is another excuse for major powers - east or west - to come into your nation and beat up on you.

Obama is not running for election; IMHO, we should be looking ahead at the next people in office.

Being anti-Obama will not necessarily be a winning campaign position. It will be like being "anti-bad-stuff".

I agree, the implementation is impossible.

It was a lunatic new world order money grab that far overreached.

What it is doing, however, is setting precedents for totalitarian government control of medicine.

We don't have an Obama problem, we have a totalitarian government problem.

Totalitarian government ratchets. We need outsiders - non-politicians - to be elected en masse, and then they need to repeal laws en masse.

The truth is that the sooner the horror of this law is made manifest to the voters, the sooner we have a chance to elect people who will REPEAL Obamacare.

As much as it sucks to do so, we should be demanding FULL IMPLEMENTATION asap. Let the people find out how bad it is gonna be before voting.

Sad to say that the no/low info voters(who outnumber us by a lot) will never “get it” and as long as there’s free stuff, that’s the only thing they’ll demand. They’ll get their medical care. Folks who work hard or have worked hard and retired will still be the ones having smoke enemas.

I generally agree with what you are saying. But conservative electoral victories have followed dramatic and cataclysmic bouts of leftism. Full frontal Obamacare will be SO bad as to possibly ignite a “movement.” 1980 and 2010 were movement years. It could be that 2016 could be such a year too. It’s always darkest before the dawn.

But, generally, I agree with you.

That goes without saying. I'm more worried about it destroying what's left of the U.S. economy.

Regardless, we gotta keep the faith and exert whatever means we can to dump this abomination. I feel really bad for the younger generation since I don’t think they’ll ever know the US I grew up in. And, yes, I’m one of the boomers that helped ruin this place. (well, not single handed)

To: rktman; All

Considering all the “exemptions” that have been & are being (AFL-CIO, the latest?) doled out by our wannabe dictator & his “czar”, MS Sebellius- the group of Americans subject to the mandate/ provisions of 0Care is turning out to be a rather limited group. How is that not discriminatory?

What about equal protection under the law (the 14th amendment)?

“We need outsiders - non-politicians - to be elected en masse, and then they need to repeal laws en masse.”

Some of us are trying -— still need LOTS of help and support to get it done!!! Outsiders DO NOT receive support from the GOP, PAC’s, big business, other Politicians, etc. Our only chance is if REAL PEOPLE pony up and help because the statists, political elitists, and the power cabal are 99% certain that they are secure and WE can’t change it -— and, sadly, they are mostly correct.
