With a few exceptions: Louie Prima, Porter Waggoner, Ferlin Husky, Lionel Hampton, Roy Orbison(as well as a few others) almost all of that stuff was crapola.
Jack Webb, Pepino from the Real McCoys, Jayne Mansfield... LOL

I don’t believe one person or one family could have all those records. Hell, cat, I've got more than that right stacked in rows under my TV set. And some of these albums, we didn't own but I recall seeing at other people's houses or elsewhere in the 50s.
Such as this one... 
a 6-grade buddy of mine in El Paso sneaked out of his parents bedroom to show to me.
Or this one... 
that a 3rd grade classmate of mine brought to school for 'Show and Tell" in Natchez.
