As for the gist of his speech, that's something I wouldn't know since I would rather have a tarantula lay eggs in my ear than watch another Obama speech.

The delima is that they want the 2% of sane people in those muslim countries to agree to be reasonable and act like civilized people. Then when the 2% do what is necessary to control the other 98% we remove them for human rights violations.
