Robert Griffin III has left the Washington Redskins game after getting hit while throwing an interception late in their game against the Broncos.

With Washington trailing 38-21, Griffin dropped straight back and was hit hard by Denver nose tackle Terrance Knighton. The ball floated up in the air and was intercepted by safety Raheem Moore.

Dallas can get their wins from Oakland, Minnesota, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington, or the NY Giants.

I meant that the other three teams in the division probably won’t even get to six wins.

That's not enough to make me forgive Jerry for the mess he has made of a once proud franchise. His making the incompetent Jason Garrett the HC is one of the worst mistakes he ever made! Dallas lost yet another close game today that they should have won because of Jason's poor clock management and his propensity to play not to lose rather than play to win. He should be fired, but Jerry is too stubborn to admit he made a mistake. That quality about him is starting to remind me of Obama!

Griffin played terribly. Seems to have an even worse O-line than Eli Manning - under siege nearly every play. But it was Shanahan’s fault they got away from the Morris running game in the late 3Q and 4Q.

I didn’t like the way Landry was fired. Then it seemed like he ran off Jimmy Johnson. Once he hired Switzer, it kind of went down hill for me.

I don’t like coaches like Garret who constantly hide their face behind a play card on the sideline.

To me it’s a clear sign of psychological weakness.

Luck has been good the entire time, not just this year.

I thought Luck was really dismissed last year by a lot of casual fans.

Jones at least donates to Republicans like Perry.

It’s not like the Steelers where the owner gave so much dough to Baraq they made him an ambassador and they have Obamacare rallies at the stadium.

I can't understand the hatred that FReepers have for Jerry Jones. In addition to what you pointed out, he opposes the racist Rooney Rule, a quota program put into place by the vile Dan Rooney of the Steelers, the same individual who didn't thank God after winning the Super Bowl over the cards. Instead he slobbered in his gratitude for Obama. Why Rush Limbaugh remains a Steeler fan is inexplicable to me. Their coach, Mike Tomlin, actively campaigned for Obama.

In contrast, Jerry Jones does contribute to Republican causes, Conservatives and some blue dog Dems in Arkansas. He's a self-made billionaire (read his story about his past) and I think would be among the heroes in Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged. Yes, Jones handled the Tom Landry firing in a very clumsy manner but they later got past that. He likewise deserves credit for not slinking away from the media after a loss, such as the painful one today at Detroit.

A fair number of FReepers would rather tear down the wealthy than emulate them...

Meanwhile the stadium is all dolled up in pink, raising money for Susan G Komen and Planned Parenthood

He did not run off Jimmy Johnson. JJ is a legend in his own mind who later proved this when he left the Dolphins. He left the Dolphins because he said he could not make the team into winners. In other word, he was not handed a winning team.
