I would have used the word "insult" their hosts. I am beginning to wonder if the State Dept. has any ambassadors that are not "gay", since they seem to be the ones getting the postings. I also think he does this to predominantly Roman Catholic countries, because he hates Catholics; or, at least his actions seem to indicate that he does.
