Peter o Toole did a wonderful job as Lawrence of Arabia. in 1962.
I did see My Favorite Year, but had substantial dissonance while watching it, as I recalled him being 30is in 1962, and hadn’t seen any of his work between LoA and MFY.

Yes, I saw that today in one of the news articles. It didn’t say there were 2 BCs, just that it was unclear where and when he’d been born.
I guess he never thought to ask his mother, I’m guessing she’d’ve remembered!
I’m watching a little bit of the Lawrence vid you posted on FR. Can’t resist. Told my fellow O’Toole/Lawrence loving friend about it and she thinks it’s sacrilegious to watch on small screen. :)

O’Toole was one of several venerable actors who brought an element of class to that epic porno, Caligula. A tip of the hat to him for that.
I’ve heard about that one, but never seen. Malcom McDowell in that one, too, right?
Yes. John Gielgud and Helen Mirren are in it as well. Apparently the more hardcore pornographic scenes were inserted after principle filming…I'm not sure how aware these actors were of what they were participating in. I suppose I could Google it...
