How can we opine on Fuddy’s death before the survivors and government agencies are done releasing 12 conflicting stories of how she died?

So far we only have 2 or 3 incompatible tales of woe.

Read the firsthand report from the rescuer. There is no here, here.

The Cessna Caravan that crashed did so because of engine failure.

The engine in the Caravan is the Pratt and Whitney PT6A-114A, which is a highly derated version of what is pretty much the single most reliable aircraft engine in the world.

Engine failures of aircraft powered by PT6 engines in the United States where they are maintained to strict FAA standards for passenger travel are vanishingly small.

Then again, flying in planes when you have information that could destroy the Presidency of a sitting Democrat President seems to be a very risky thing to do, regardless of what kind or how many engines that plane uses.

It get more risky the closer the investigators get to turning states evidence.
