An illegal alien suspected of causing a traffic accident and killing movie director Bob Clark, whose A Christmas Story has come alongside Its a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street as a perennial holiday must-watch, has been placed under an immigration hold by federal authorities.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency placed the hold on Hector Velazquez-Nava, 24, a Mexican national who was living in Los Angeles as an illegal immigrant, according to a report from Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee.
Agency spokeswoman Virginia Kice said the hold means Valezquez-Nava, when his Los Angeles court proceedings are completed, will be turned over to federal immigration officials and put into deportation proceedings. In Los Angeles, he was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular manslaughter, and was being held on $100,000 bail. If he were able to post bail, he would still be held in custody, but by federal authorities, Kice reported.
Police have reported they believe Velazquez-Nava was driving his sport utility vehicle and steered it into the wrong lane on the Pacific Coast Highway early Wednesday. He struck Clarks car head-on, and police say Clark and his son, Ariel Hanrath-Clark, 22, were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, Velazquez-Nava was tested and had a 0.24 percent blood-alcohol level about the time of the accident, which would be three times what the state law considers enough to be presumed to be driving drunk.
Velazquez-Nava reportedly was driving without a license, and he and a passenger, identified as Lidia Mora, 29, were treated for minor injuries.

After the fools on the Hill pass amnesty, they’re also going to have to pass some “comprehensive” drunk driving “reform” or all of the illegals will end up in jail.

If only he had been allowed out of the shadows he could have had license while drunk driving and causing vehicular murder. / s
Anyone notice A CHRISTMAS STORY has not been played on TV much this season? The last few years it was on constantly.
This year it seems A CHRISTMAS CAROL and HOME ALONE I and II gets the most play.
Maybe the execs realize they have run ACS into the ground and are giving us a rest.
A CHRISTMAS STORY is still my favorite!
YOU USED UP ALL THE GLUE ON PURPOSE!
And a special Christmas thanks to jorge busho for helping contribute to this crimigrant invasion.
Christmas Story has been playing all day yesterday and today on TBS.

Oh goody. So he'll be back on American highways killing again in a week or so.
Maybe someone in Hollywood will notice.
“The rule of felony murder is a legal doctrine in some common law jurisdictions that broadens the crime of murder in two ways. First, when an offender kills accidentally or without specific intent to kill in the course of an applicable felony, what might have been manslaughter is escalated to murder. Second, it makes any participant in such a felony criminally liable for any deaths that occur during or in furtherance of that felony.”
It should be a felony to be an illegal immigrant and this guy should be charged with felony murder.
Nadafinga!
