The woman performed a public service for which I’m grateful. That wall needs 5-gallons of paint and a rollerbrush on a long stick.
It’s private property, and was a permitted mural by the original store (now closed, and permitted by the new lease holder which is a restaurant).
It wasn’t the only mural she vandalized that night either.
