Wonder why there’s no complaint about the inordinate number of black men playing college basketball? I know white men can’t jump but they can still pass, shoot and dribble with the best. Basketball was more fun to watch when teams actually ran plays, players could hit free throws and dunking wasn’t the only shot in a player’s arsenal. By the way, coaches and other management positions should be filled based on candidates’ qualifications. Period.
so, the answer is to somehow force blacks in sports to more often than they are take a career path - and succeed in it - that will lead them to greater representation in FBS “leadership” positions, because “younger blacks” NEED TO SEE THEM THAT WAY or they have NO role models - when you NEED role models based on skin color that is
