1. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol pulled Pearl over late in the evening on January 3, 2014. Pearl pulled over as he should. Person was pulled over for leaving the scene of an accident. He was charged with that crime as well as resisting arrest.

If you destroy video of a potential crime you committed they’ll probably charge you with destruction of evidence and obstruction.

Tell the cops to change the court venue to Fullerton CA, where it’s perfectly A-OK for multiple cops to beat unarmed people to death.

In Oklahoma City, police officers know if they need more vacation time, just beat up a 64 yr old deaf man for driving while Black & Deaf.
The two officers have been suspended with pay while the investigation into this incident continues.

dropbox is the software. www.dropbox.com the basic version is free and they have a app for your smartphone. Its not too hard to configure and requires no action to copy files once its set up. You can also delete the picture on the phone and it doesn’t delete the copy.
It will copy to any PC or server that has the account set up on it. Will even copy to more than one PC.

“Malfunctioning dash cams” should carry a 5 year (hard time) prison sentence for any officer who does ANYTHING other than get it repaired...

Between this and the beating death of the Fullerton homeless man, I have went from a huge law enforcement supporter to looking at them like they are jack booted government thugs. I know I shouldn’t generalize, but that Fullerton video was the worse thing I have ever witnessed including the AQ beheading videos.

when a government agency has cameras and they malfunction, the malfunction should be treated as being just as damning as the WORST thing that could have been on the tapeLike when you lose your ticket at a parking garage -- they charge you the full day rate, even if you've only been there an hour.

Yup — so there’s no percentage in “losing” it. And the innocent-till-proven-guilty concept doesn’t apply to government and government employees. If it did, it would violate the spirit of same for the people it’s meant to protect, private citizens.

Therein is a lesson for the badgelickers, cop worshipers, and badge lickers if they have the intelligence to see it.

Evidence against you will always be available. Evidence against the government just happens to be conveniently unavailable. That's just a statistical fluke.
Every time.

They [the cops] have learned from experience to always have the dash cam malfunction when it captures something that will incriminate them.To Wit: The unnecessary beating the hell out of someone or the unnecessary shooting of someone.
