Cuomo meant exactly what he said. Progressives and Liberals think exactly this way, they want conservatives and pro-lifer's our of their states and out of the country. They will use concentration camps and worse if given the chance to do it.
The deepest desire of any liberal, and especially those that seek the power to do so, is
to use the power of the State to punish, humiliate, and finally exterminate anyone that opposes them.
