Neither the pitch nor his work have anything to do with LENR. His work is looking at plane designs that use a fictitious miracle power supplies.

I just want to chime in to point out that Rossi promised delivery at least two years ago. The fact that Rossi still has true believers is the only thing keeping this run-of-the-mill energy investment scam entertaining.
