So, Rossi is not a scammer because no one believes him enough to invest? That line of attack neglects the recent investment by the North Carolina group. And somehow Rossi's old Italian tax fraud issue refutes the positive E-Cat test results reported by Swedish and Italian researchers. Indication of anomalous heat energy production in a reactor device That report apparently helped spur the North Carolina group to invest.

As a Test Engineer I had to laugh at that report. Photos show a ridiculous setup. Totally unprofessional.

Look at Fig. 5 and the placement of the IR camera. All their credibility is place on ONE cheap IR camera badly located.
