I checked on their website, and they do not have any mention of this patent on this publicly traded company. It would appear to be a stealth project.

The big thing using carbon nanotubes is the development of high-density ultracapacitor batteries that could soon store as much energy on a per-pound basis as lithium-ion batteries but with a very small fraction of the charging time. Imagine charging an electric car battery pack in maybe two minutes at most!
