Given it is now a digital internet connected world, why the finacial industry has to cluster together at Wall Street or any other particular venue beats me.
Same could be said for DC...SEND Congress critters back to the I home districts/states...I know...I know...then the Lobbyists would be helpless
Just my 2 cents - how about inertia, i.e., it's always been done that way. Of course, the BIG reset/correction coming down the pike courtesy of BHO may well provide the energy to break inertia, and Wall Street.
