I know it’s convenient to the financial district and has a lot of Broadways shows and such, but I have never seen the attraction of living there.
With modern communications the rich really don’t need to be near the money centers and the rest of what the city has to offer can be partaken of by visits.

That's why Trump built a high-end apartment tower in New Rochelle, right next to the train station on the New Haven line.
